[Spice-devel] [PATCH spice-protocol] fix video glitches

These series contain patches for spice-protocol, spice-common, spice, and spice gtk.
They fix rhbz 813826 815422 815426.
Part of the patches were already sent as part of the video/mjpeg/qos series.
However, since then, I have made more modifications that were required due to 
a difference in the logic of stream clipping and upgrade, which was introduced
by the sized frames.

The spice patches also include most of the last patches Alon sent for test_display_base,
and I added more streaming tests patches.
