[Spice-devel] Announcing spice-protocol 0.12.9

Hey everyone,

I've just rolled out a new spice-protocol 0.12.9
release. Its sole purpose is to fix the bug which crept in
0.12.8, where spice-server 0.12.5 or older could not be built against
spice-protocol 0.12.8.
