<div id="yiv477321177">You will either need to upgrade your gcc to a newer version that supports vala or you will need to install the valac compiler. <br><br>If you want to use the valac compiler: sudo apt-get install valac<br>Afterwards, configure the spice build with --enable_vala=yes<br>

I'm getting error "missing valac" even I disabled vala while building spice-gtk on Ubuntu 10.04.<br>
If I enable vala then i'm getting atleast v0.14.0 is required. Ubuntu 10.04 supports v0.12.0 only.<br>
How can I avoid this error?<br>
