Ugh. That's not neccesary. Modern bugzilla version allow that you can
"watch" other person's activity in BugZilla (example for mozilla.org:
Visit http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email and add emails
of your victims to the "Users to watch"-field).

I suggest to create a "dummy user" in bugzilla "stsf-bugs at freedesktop"
(note the missing ".org", this is just a dummy user!) and everyone who
is interested can "watch" that user.
