In fact, this looks like it is using swfdec-0.3 via GStreamer which is outdated
since 2005 and rather buggy.
So I'd say you want to remove the package that provides the Swfdec GStreamer
plugin, gstreamer-plugins-swfdec-0.10 or so.
And you should probably file a bug report to get the package removed from
Debian, too.
