[Swfdec] Flash 9 support in swfec

Hey,

That depends on what you need, as Flash 9 is just an extension of
Flash 8. So if you just recreate old Flash files, they should work.
However, Swfdec doesn't have support for any features that were added
in Flash 9, such as AS3.
