Ok, that helped with liboil, but for gstreamer I get:
  Configure: error: Couldn't find GStreamer 0.10.11 and gstreamer-pbutils
0.10.15
However yum install gstreamer-devel gives me:
  Package gstreamer-devel-0.10.20-1.fc9-i386 already installed and latest
version
