I looked at the kernel bug and see that 'echo o > /proc/sysrq-trigger' works
for you. To narrow it down, please still do the 'poweroff -f' test, and if it
works, turn on systemd debugging with 'systemd-analyze set-log-level debug',
and try to poweroff as usual, and after the reboot, post logs from previous
boot: 'journalctl -b-1' output.
