I've tested this with my regular user and root. If I'm a user the path
"/sys/fs/cgroup/systemd/user/username" exists, but the directories under it
offer only active sessions. The same happens as root, just with the difference
that "/sys/fs/cgroup/systemd" is the dead-end, because root has no other
parallel logins in use.</pre>
