<pre>When the error described in <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - "systemd-tmpfiles --create" fails with "chmod(/var/run/samba) failed: No such file or directory" after d7b8eec7"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=87953">bug#87953</a> occurs, the returncode of
"systemd-tmpfiles --create" is always 0.
Besides that fact it shouldn't return 0 in case there were problems, it might
make sense to have it return different returncodes:
- one returncode for "all items failed"
- one returncode for "one failed, others succeeded"</pre>
