Yes, still happens on v219-962-ga2c7f25aec23b6d74ff5cf169e38159754e6dfe8 with

Its a linker error, though I have no idea what's wrong with it.

Its a custom Yocto distro and systemd compiles correctly unless elfutils are
installed (I'm building elfutils with default params from git master)</pre>
