commit be394c48a7cb47bf25b367cd26bcbeedda187556
Author: Frederic Crozat <fcrozat at suse.com>

systemctl: add support for --root for systemctl enable/disable/is-enabled

Add --root=<root> for enable/disable/is-enabled systemctl commands. To
be used for easily enable / disable systemd services for a chroot,
    without running systemctl inside chroot.
