[systemd-devel] [ANNOUNCE] systemd 204

Heya,

this is pretty much only a bugfix release, but there are two smaller
feature additions too.

CHANGES WITH 204:

        * The Python bindings gained some minimal support for the APIs
          exposed by libsystemd-logind.

        * ConditionSecurity= gained support for detecting SMACK. Since
          this condition already supports SELinux and AppArmor we only
          miss IMA for this. Patches welcome!
