[systemd-devel] [PATCH] Revert "install: enable networkd by default"

This reverts commit ca1a3847695d02ebe62007d8f335f23d3fe04638.

It's not right to install this by default. networkd is extremely new,
has no real world miles, and most importantly, simply
does-not-do-anything-at-all unless you write configuration files for it.
So, for folks who want to use networkd, they'll write config files,
which means they're also in a position to type "systemctl enable
systemd-networkd". It doesn't make any sense to enable this by default
during install, since by default it doesn't serve any function. It's
simply a waste of resources. It's also not very sensitive to the
community at large to by default enable a brand new network management
daemon.
