It's better to specify the full URL for the bugtracker, since
we have also the distribution bugtrackers, and then people can

I can see how someone who doesn't know anything about systemd
looks up logind.conf and tries to follow the manpage and is confused
by the different equivalent values. Consistency is nice, pushed.
