[systemd-devel] kernel and systemd boot sequence

Systemd is the init.

/etc/fstab is optional.

initramfs could be running systemd (e.g. dracut supports it), thus
systemd would be beofre switch_root.

However initramfs & switch_root are optional as well.

Hence the bootflow on a modern linux distribution like Clear Linux is:

kernel -> systemd -> user login.
