<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div><br></div><div>I am seeing the same behavior since I switched from 197 to 198. I have the default journal.conf and all my logs go under /var/log/journal (My /var is tmpfs) where before they were going under /run/log/journal. I haven't investigated it but maybe the default configuration for Storage= is now persistent and we haven't updated the journal.conf and it still says <span style="font-size:13px">#Storage=auto. Hope helps a bit.</span></div>

i have for sure removed the folder some days ago on this rawhide-vm<br>
journald is a nice idea but not the way to go in every environemt<br>
