To make this message easier to understand for non-native speakers and for those that may not have a dictionary or the Internet available, how about we go with "truncated" or "shortened"? "Truncated" is frequently used in computer jargon, so non-native speakers are likely already familiar with that word. Also, your patch is backwards. Jason
