[Tango-artists] Facing direction of icons

This is why the left or right must only be mentioned as a fallback to the 
already "facing front" paradigm that governs most Tango icons currently. You 
might not have specified a facing direction, but the truth is, 90% of the 
Tango icons are facing front. This is why when there is a need to create an 
icon that doesn't face front, to exist a guideline saying where it should be 
facing.

I personally disagree with this.
