[Tango-artists] Are icons in stock directories in gnome icon theme going to be tangofied?

The "stock" context in gnome-icon-theme is deprecated. You can presume
these will be removed in time. The right solution here is that if there
is an icon in the stock context that one REALLY needs, then it needs a
proper name in compliance with the Naming Spec, and needs to be moved to
an appropriate context, such as "actions".
