[Tango-artists] Old Tango palette

Hi Stephen,
the palette lives in tango-art-tools module in CVS[1], so you can
check if an older revision contains the green you're looking for. I'm
not sure what you need it for, but I would suggest sticking with the
current green for new artwork though. It has indeed changed to be a
little more saturated and better fit to the goals of the project.
