[Tango-artists] How to add icons?

Hi!

Some time ago, I downloaded the tango icon theme version 0.8.1.
There is a set of text align icons in there (e.g.
format-justify-center-4.png).

I made those for vertical alignment, too. I simply modified
format-justify-center-4.png and made one for top, middle, and bottom.

Can I send them here? I would like to add them, if it's something you would
accept.
