Gabble's ChangeLog, when installed with gzip -9 (as in Debian), is bigger than
Gabble itself. We should probably start from a later point than "the beginning
of time"; 0.6.0 seems good (and when we reach 0.10.0, we should start the
ChangeLog from 0.8.0, and so on).

telepathy-glib could probably also benefit from this change.
