In telepathy-spec 0.17.24, UpdateParameters changed to return a list of strings
(the params not changed until reconnection occurs). telepathy-qt4 needs to gain
the necessary Qt boilerplate so UpdateParameters can return a PendingStringList
- at the moment it just returns a PendingOperation, discarding the information
about params needing reconnection.
