Regarding keyring-suppress-incomplete-accounts, the virtual method should be
called "has_account".

keyring-suppress-incomplete-accounts-B looks OK, although there's a lot of code
churn so it's hard to see how much is original.

Sjoerd had some quite strong opinions about this, so I'll talk to him when he's
next in the office about which branch to use...
