I'd be fine with having anything that's not codegen in telepathy-glib.h. We
should be a little careful about codegen.

Ideally, implementing (say) an arbitrary Channel should only need

<telepathy-glib/svc-channel.h>
<telepathy-glib/telepathy-glib.h>
