This is an issue with the Maemo address book, not with these plugins (the same
thing happens for unbound Jabber items in contacts, for instance). One reason
the address book doesn't behave like this is that you can have more than one
account for a service — how would it choose the right one?

One could probably write a "bind-all" application built on libosso-abook.

I think these are probably actually the same issue — if the contacts are
becoming unbound when you restart, the address book is getting confused. This
part is a duplicate of bug #26435.
