Some of the changes I suggested are in 0.19.6.

I'm not sure that Senko's patch to rename Chan.I.Anonymity.AnonymityMandatory
to Mandatory is appropriate; we generally have a policy of being nice to
bindings that can't cope with name clashes in properties/signals/methods.

I attach a branch which makes the remaining changes I suggested, and renames
Conn.I.A.Mandatory to AnonymityMandatory to be consistent.
