Thanks, fixed. (I rebased the branch onto current master, and amended the
single patch.)

Not currently. If we wanted to support this it could go on
http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/Connection_Interface_Cellular.html maybe?
(That's where the SMSC number is configured.)
