The easy bits:

* update spec (Chan.I.DTMF gains some API, one extra error)
* enable Conn.I.MailNotification codegen
* enable Protocol.I.Presence codegen

Harder, probably done by splitting this into more bugs:

* update the Call interfaces (API has changed and will continue to do so)

* AddClientInterest, RemoveClientInterest client API (look at telepathy-glib
Bug #27948 for implementation ideas)

* high-level API for Chan.I.DTMF.TonesDelayed
