Empathy 2.32 currently requires development branches of telepathy-glib and
Mission Control, and works best with a development version of telepathy-gabble.
We should make stable releases of at least those projects so we can say they're
the recommended versions:

- Mission Control 5.6.x
- telepathy-glib 0.12.x
- telepathy-gabble 0.10.x

I'll use this as a metabug for bugs that, in my opinion, need fixing before we
branch.

I'm also considering making a milestone release of telepathy-spec 0.20.0, so we
can say that those stable branches implement it.

Stable branches of other CMs are optional.
