For each call like tp_account_channel_request_new() that takes a GHashTable
that is a dbus-glib a{sv} and (eventually) transmits it over D-Bus, we need a
parallel API that accepts a TpVariantMap instead. Otherwise, we'll be unable to
migrate to GDBus without cloning dbus-glib's flawed data model.
