MC currently receives every NameOwnerChanged signal, in order to be notified
about new Client processes. Now that dbus 1.5.0 supports the arg0namespace
match keyword, we should prefer that, falling back to the global match for
compat with older dbus-daemon.

I understand Vivek has a branch in progress.
