Fixed.

A relic from when those properties lived on Password. Fixed.

The distinction is “it might be possible to change these properties, if you
were an op” vs. “these are just facts about this protocol”. If you don't think
the difference is important—given that we don't have any way to op or be opped
at the moment…—I can merge them.
