Debug logs (from Help -> Debug in the Empathy Contact List window, I don't know
if that's the same debug log for Telepathy also)

When I am called or making a call, the call doesn't go through, and yellow
boxes appear in the main window. There are two but they say almost the same
thing. One says "Can't establish audio stream. Something unexpected happened in
a Telepathy component. Please report this bug and attach logs gathered from the
'Debug" window in the help menu." And a drop-down menu "Technical Details" says
"Invalid remote candidates passed." The second box right under that one says
"Can't establish audio stream. Invalid remote candidates passed."
