Now the slash replacement is centralized in 0.2 branch. But I do think that
this may lead to issue since the retreived entity will not have correct ID.
This will prevent matching with existing contact. I think we need to store the
entity information somewhere, this would also allow having the Alias and
avatar-token when doing a get_entities() or a search().
