I received an audio call which was working fine. Then the other side tried to
send video and empathy-call crashed.

The self pointer passed to process_codec_offer() is invalid. That's because the
TfCallContent is destroyed in got_content_media_properties() when we unref the
GSimpleAsyncResult.
