We could use a Hint saying "please delegate these channels".
a) DelegateChannelsTo (s) : if not the empty string, Handler should delegate
those channels to this Client
b) DelegatePreferredHandler (b): if True, redirect to the PreferredHandler of
the ChannelRequest


I think I'd go for a) as it's more flexible.
