Fourth iteration of earlier patch

+ Implemented the properties: ContactInfoFlags, SupportedFields

+ x-presence-type, x-presence-status-identifier, x-presence-status-message are
used in a manner analogous to
http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec/Connection_Interface_Simple_Presence.html

+ Worked around a GIMPNet "bug" where the away is status of a nick that is not
connected to the same server as you is only returned when "WHOIS foo foo" is
issued. "WHOIS foo" does not return the away status if both are not on the same
server.
