[Bug 35100] New error SoftwareUpgradeRequired

Apparently tp:error names need to be separated with spaces, rather than
camel-cased, otherwise you'll end up with TP_ERROR_SOFTWAREUPGRADEREQUIRED
instead of TP_ERROR_SOFTWARE_UPGRADE_REQUIRED
