I updated the branch with:
- refresh Connection_Interface_Contact_List.xml with the changes from Bug
#43035
- add missing dot

I would like a review on:
- does the branch break the API / API? e.g. 
adding new fields in _TpMutableContactListInterface
- was it the correct place to add the changes in the Mutable interface?
