updated patch which address the review comments.

1.) all gabble plugins updated to use the same API

2.) reverts back to "void gabble_plugin_create_sidecar_async(...)

3.) fail the operation if gabble_plugin_create_sidecar_finish is NULL and also
additional warning when gabble_plugin_create_sidecar_finish is called and
iface->create_sidecar_finish is NULL.

4.) other proposed minor fixes + news item
