[next 03/10] If generating split re-entrant functions, duplicate  the collect
callback

This means we don't have to duplicate the entire -body.h in reentrants.c.

This yak is freshly shaved. I was experimenting with making the contents of
cli-*.h be all inline functions, for which this is probably a prerequisite, in
an attempt to break the cyclic dependency between -dbus and main.
