I preferred the idea of adding the following two new vfuncs to
TpHandleRepoIfaceClass:

 1. lookup_handle_async
 2. ensure_handle_async

If adding this to TpDynamicHandleRepo is a bit annoying we could subclass it in
Gabble to add the feature there perhaps? Possibly just adding it to tp-glib
itself will be less work. What do you think?
