[Telepathy] Windows/MSVC fixes

Hi,

Attached are some fixes for telepathy-glib 0.5.13 and telepathy-gabble 0.5.12 when building with Microsoft's compiler. Most of them are C99-related.

telepathy-glib-generated-fix should obviously not be applied, but it's just there to point out this issue in the code generator.

Note that these fixes were all done in a hurry, so it would be great if someone could look over them and do adjustments as seen fit. Bits and pieces here and there definitely need some love. (The patches are part of OABuild, http://projects.collabora.co.uk/~oleavr/OABuild/)
