Release 0.3.21 of Telepathy-SofiaSIP is up at http://sourceforge.net/projects/tp-sofiasip

New in this release:

   * Implemented media modifications requested by the client
     that require sending re-INVITE requests.
   * Fixes in SDP generation.
   * Bug fixes in SOA processing.

From now on, we're going to concentrate on fixing bugs and solving interoperability problems for an impending stable release.
