[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-sofiasip 0.3.22 released

Hot on the heels of the previous release, Telepathy-SofiaSIP version 0.3.22 is up at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tp-sofiasip

New in this release:
   * Fixed a paperikassi bug introduced in the previous release
   that disabled sending for streams in an outgoing call.
   * Comprehensively use pending send flags to prevent media from being sent
   until the call is established.
   * Fixed CNAME resolution for STUN host name.
   * Introduced 'auth-user' CM parameter to be able to set authentication user
   name for registration, if different from the username part of the AOR.
   * Use the username part of the AOR as the username in the Contact URI
   for registration, to satisfy some capricious proxies.
