Same as bug#14828, but for the Connection.

Other things that should perhaps go in the struct before its layout is made
public include:

* self-handle: space is reserved, but this can't be made reliable until we
finalize Renaming
* protocol? (derivable from the object-path)
* list of channels?
* some sort of handle-repository object(s)?

None of the other Connection interfaces seem like obvious candidates for
special treatment, whereas for Channel, I think we should treat Group
specially.
