[Telepathy] Empathy 0.22.0 / Telepathy-Haze break?

Hello,


This bug happens also with XMPP, so it is probably not backend-related.
I could not trigger it easily (happens only sometimes).

Basically, from the moment it happens, all incoming and outgoing
communication does not show anymore in empathy-chat-chandler window, but
outgoing communication is received by other end. Also, the communication
does not appear in logs.
