[Telepathy] discussion about empathy chat window

The patch has been already revisited by wjt and committed to his git
branch after modifying my errors.

Now there is another problem: the GtkAdjustment does not return the
correct value for placing the send widget at the bottom of the borde
if a scrollbar appears.
I've mailed the gtk app developer list to gain some help. I hope that
someone will answer to clarify how to do this.
I also opened a bug in the case the returned value is wrong.
